Legend of Kyrandia is a beautiful fairy-tale adventure placed in the world of Kyrandia. The main character is Brandon. You play his role and you have to learn how to fight against the insane clown Malcolm, who destroys everything around and captured Brandon grandfather, a powerful magician Kallak. He has turned your grandfather into a stone, so he couldn't fight him. Now it's your turn. Brandon thus must prove not only as a hero who will save the whole world, but has to prove as a good leader, so he might become righteous king. As you continue in the game, you have to collect various objects and learn spells that will help you at the end defeat the evil magician (for example, you have to learn how to disappear, heal yourself, etc.). This is the first part of the famous game trilogy, which was characterized by a really beautiful cartoon graphics.
