It sounds like the northern horn might just be misplaced in the Catacombs areas. Sometimes the game doesn’t load items properly after logging in and out, so it can seem like they’re gone. Try checking both the first and second Catacombs again, especially the corners and side rooms where items can blend into the environment. If it still doesn’t show up, restarting the game or reloading your last save usually helps refresh missing items. Hopefully it pops back up!
