Humongous Entertainment was founded in October 1992 by Ron Gilbert and Shelley Day. They are the creators of Putt-Putt, Freddi Fish, Pajama Sam, Spy Fox, and the Backyard Sports series. They have also licensed Nick Jr.'s Blue's Clues. In 1996, the company was acquired by GT Interactive, then to Infogrames in 2000. In 2003, Infogrames name was changed to Atari. The last titles in the Junior Adventure series are Putt-Putt: Pep's Birthday Surprise and Pajama Sam: Life is Rough When You Lose Your Stuff. In 2014, Tommo relaunched Humongous Entertainment by re-releasing their former games for iPad, iPhone, Android (Google Play and Amazon), on Steam (Windows/Intel Mac OS X/Linux), Amazon PC Digital Download, and MacGameStore.com.
