Quarantine is a very strange game. It may remind you of Crazy Taxi in its style, since it is a taxi and old Doom movies, in which the blood and guts of marines attacked by demons were not spared. Quarantine is not a pure racing game, but a mixture of racing and action. The story is a little longer and more complicated, but you only need to know that you will take on the role of the tough Drake Edgewater, who has one dream - to get out of the epidemic-stricken city of Kemo. Drake has his own taxi and earns a living driving all kinds of people around town. Sometimes you'll get a special mission to destroy something, but mostly you'll be transporting people. The game offers several parts of the city, so it is quite diverse, but the difficulty is quite high.
The atmosphere of the game directly breathes darkness, the city is dangerous in itself and you will have to slowly make your way through the war zone, where you will be attacked from all sides by zombies, defense systems and civilian cars. A big plus is the ability to upgrade your taxi to the maximum - you can buy different types and types of weapons for it, such as a flamethrower, a spinner, a rocket launcher and even a chainsaw to attack nearby targets. The game is full of violence and blood and you will remember the good old Carmageddon where you could also run over people. The second volume brought a year of disappointment (simplification, linearity), so I rather recommend the first volume.
